Those tractors run on diesel. That means they better have deployed a fuel dump with plans for sourcing a tanker of diesel every 2 or more days.

I really hope he has people who have thought and planned the entire thing out.

With diesel at this current price?

This thing doesn't make sense. Anybody hoping to smuggle will not be passing the major road.

People from Chad and Niger have been trading in Nigeria for decades. How come everything is now smuggling?

I can see a trailer carrying mats there. Mats don scarce for Nigeria again?

grin

....Borders with Niger ain't officially opened yet. Also EFCC said most of the trucks carry oluwole waybill.

This script, we don watch am many times.

Buhari even snap with pyramid. Today, no picture of the pyramid.

Anybody that wants to run an agric long term plan, does not immediately order 1000 tractors.

You know that, I know that, but let us pretend that June is the day of liberation

........this year June bro. He said FG plan to release 42000 mt of grains, but he promises to make 100,000 mt of grains available to Nigerians by June this year.

He made the statement while recieving Award from Leadership. Peter Obi was in attendance.

Yes I know. I saw it on Twitter. I just wondering where he will get the 100,000 mt of grains from when farming hasn't even started.

what the man is supposed to have done is started small , identified all the problems and challenges, after which you can fine tune your plan

a pilot project , if you will. as a nigeria matter there are so many random things that can go wrong.
eg the diesel we import has always had kleg and is actually rejected by several other nations. and it messes with heavy machinery.

there was one time all our new generators were having issues because their fuel lift pumps could not lift the diesel available.

we bought floodlights from philips. the lights worked fine - but an issue that does not occur in europe came up, the light took 30 minutes to reignite after a power failure.

we bought new pumps and the pumps filters were getting clogged with debris from our fuel

you dont just jump head first into a massive undertaking without doing a pilot scheme

I thought that after misquoting me you would have at least stated how your BAT is solving the hunger crisis ravaging the country. Does shouting 'Peter Obi is a failure' cure the hunger. APC and BAT adopting 'Peter Obi is a failure' as their mantra to inspire confidence in Nigerians simply show how insecure they are with the mandate they stole.
This is how you counter their foolishness.

Not following them to argue.

They talk like Obi is their president. 😀

Check out the reasons why Emefiele came up with the policy and why Buhari approved it.

Some people on this thread even praised Buhari/Emefiele for that policy.

I know we practice democracy and therefore people can choose whoever they like to support or vote for. But your display of unparalleled stupidity on this thread is becoming unbearable.

Following in the footsteps of raumdeuter and Co who enjoy good governance in obodo oyibo while you live in northern Nigeria that is ravaged by poverty and insecurity of legendary magnitude is a genuine cause for concern.

https://www.channelstv.com/2024/03/06/video-wigwes-pa-narrates-how-luggage-issues-prevented-him-from-taking-ill-fated-flight/

He said he was supposed to fly in the chopper but on second thought he decided to accompany their luggage by road since the chopper could not carry it.

According to Falaye, he decided to accompany the luggage by road to ensure they arrived safely to his boss who told him it was a brilliant idea.

So he headed to Vegas by road with the luggage while Wigwe, his wife, son and Mr Ogunbajo boarded the chopper to the same destination

FLASH: Governor of Lagos State, Mr. Sanwo-Olu and Governor of Niger State, Hon. Bago today signed a Memorandum of Understanding on the Produce-For-Lagos initiative.

The Produce-For-Lagos initiative is a long term strategic partnership between Niger and Lagos State(s), where Niger State will produce food items (Paddy, Tubers, Legumes, Grains etc) and Lagos State will be position itself to be a major organized market (off takers).

The Farmers in Niger State will have a ready market for their produce while Lagos State citizens can be assured availability and price stability of food items.

In the Long term, this initiative will create a ready supply of farm produce directly to the ongoing massive Lagos Food logistics in Ketu Ereyun, Epe.
