A Lady has shared via the microblogging platform X how her now ex-husband and friend were having an affair while she was fighting for her life with cancer.

The lady who stated that she’s glad she won, mentioned that her ex-husband and friend are no longer together now and have gone their separate ways.

Disclosing that she’s now in a better relationship with an amazing guy, she cut all ties with her friend after 8 years of keeping it calm.

Her tweet read;

“My (ex) husband had an affair with my (former) best friend while I was fighting for my life with cancer, and their affair carried on while I was getting chemo- alone. He left before I found out…but here’s the kicker. She and I still work together. It’s been hard the last 8 years, but I’ve managed to stay professional and cool. She has tried a few times for us to be friends again, but I drew the line. Nope. You don’t get to break my trust twice. Not seeing her face at work is one of the top reasons I’m looking forward to my new job. He’s alone. She’s alone. I have an AMAZING guy. I won.”

While some internet users shared that they were happy to see her in a better position now, others shared their experiences with a cheating partner.

you can only expect people to do good by you, and if they dont, then thats ok, move on with your life. but remember: YOU married that man (aka you didnt know your ex husband was a h0rny bastard?); YOU befriended that woman (aka she is your bestfriend but you didnt know she was a low life snake when you brought her into your home?).

I tire o! e fit be that mentality naim poshoo the man sef. So if her friend and her ex where still together, it would mean she lost? U see how unnecessarily competitive and bitter women make themselves?

This woman is not a good woman.
You were having cancer and your best friend was there to help your man, he was also passing through a lot and needed someone to comfort him in that hard time... Looking at the one he loves going through pains.

She say he’s alone but she has an amazing guy. Even her amazing guy wishes to be alone.

"He's alone, she's alone" doesn't mean they'll end up alone. Life is not the way it is in the movies where the betrayer doesn't end well. If they change their ways, they can even end up having more "amazing partners" than she does.

My point? Don't condemn people when they err. They just need to learn from their mistakes and become better people.

You can’t take ladies seriously.

Their current boyfriend or husband is always amazing and the best thing that ever happened to them………until he is not!
