semilore12:First of all its not a good idea to game systems as it could make things difficult for the applicant and also make it harder for future applicants from the same country of origin. If the statement of account shows that the funds came in 12 days before submission and disappears after AOR, the applicants risks outright denial. Recall that the average six months balance is usually also requested. Since they have requested for the SOA , they should just submit with no explanation. If the visa officer requires additional information he/she will ask. |

tshtsh: Thanks for the response. Sincerely, there was/is no intention to game the system. We are just worried with the intervals the monies came in. The POf was put in the account by the Siblings. The error we made was not doing deeds in the first instance. Instead money was moved into the mutual benefits account. We are just worried how the reviewer will take it since we didn't state the source of funds initially. |
Re: Canadian Express Entry/Federal Skilled Worker Program - Connect Here Part 11 by NuCypher: 4:21am On Mar 11 |
semilore12:If you aren't trying to game the system, then just explain yourself with a letter of explanation. Keep it brief and straight to the point. No unwarranted repetitions. Explain how it is a gift deed and if possible, attach some evidence to proof that. Take the chance to state the source of the fund. Every visa officer will certainly be skeptical how you can raise such balance in a couple of days. If you had it before, why didn't you just attach it in the first place. That's what they'd be thinking. In addition, they'd be looking at your jobs and may not be able to find justification for raising such amount of money in that short time. In fact, typically with issues like POF like this one, it's just straight denial on grounds of insufficient POF, because they'd not expect that you can just raise the balance like that. In any case, you have the chance to explain yourself and to attach the proofs they are expecting to see. You should know that the visa officer likely knows what has happened, but only giving you the chance to explain yourself. Take it wisely. |

This thread has been of great help, I’ve actually opened an IRCC account and I’ve also paid for my IELTS which the exam is scheduled for May 25. I chose that date so that by that time, my WES evaluation would be close to coming out. My challenge now is to pay for WES, please can anyone help me out or put me through it? Thanks in anticipation |

Keep sharing Aurorae. Ignore him. As long as you don't upload the file here on Nairaland, which is not possible, there is no issue. aurorae1: 2 Likes |

NuCypher:Same reason why I suggested that he/she just submits what was asked for. With anything Canada one has to be patient. The kind of quick fix culture we have in Nigeria doesnt work with anything Canada. If its account, take your time and build. If its credit history take your time and build. If its work experience take your time and build. 1 Like |

Singingbae: This was how I did mine: 1.) I opened a WES account. 2.) I paid for the WES fees (specify that it is for IRCC - Express Entry stuff). 3.) WES gave me an address that I should use when requesting my transcript to be sent to WES. 4.) Paid for my transcript (FUTA) to be sent to WES. 5.) Waited for more than 2 months, then my annoying alma mater finally sent the transcript to WES digitally. 6.) The other back and forth communication between WES and FUTA were done digitally. 7.) WES informed me that the assessment is completed, then I downloaded the PDF of the WES assessment C'est fini! |

The government spend so much on false asylum claimants…. Most Canadians believe it’s a misuse of tax payers money. A tourist from a country not at war gets to CBSA and in his first few sentences he claims asylum. I’d say there will be more “tightening” in the nearest future. Enculer2: 1 Like |

Enculer2: Oh that's Reddit for me, those dudes are something else... The truth is we love and want to live in the Canada of our dreams(whatever that may look like)become permanently residents and even citizens of a Canada that's working. If they believe tightening immigration laws and reducing the number of immigrants into their country is the way to preserve that Canada, then all good and well. We want to leave here for a reason and won't want to see it become like what we left behind. Laws come and go but hopefully Canada gets back it's former glory and we see these laws relax once again. |

Please bail me out my people 🙏🙏 I have paid for WES couple weeks back for my BSc as my masters result wont come out till the end of May. My Uni contact just called me now that my transcript is ready and they’re about sending it to WES digitally. My worries; 1. Is it advisable to ask my Uni contact to hold on till my MSc transcript (different uni) is ready in May so I can add it to my WES profile and evaluate both at once OR 2. Should I give him the go-ahead to send my BSc to WES for evaluation and add my MSc later in May when it’s ready ? I’m at loss because it just occurred to me now that WES charges same amount irrespective of how many documents you’re evaluating I.e they charge the same amount for evaluating multiple documents like BSc & MSc at once as evaluating just one. Am I right please ? 3. I think it won’t be commonsensical if I do the duo separately as they will charge me again by the time I want to evaluate my MSc in May. |

MoreTech: It takes about two weeks for them to receive it from Unilag's DHL. You should have your code to track movement of the package. |
