See you're moving in circles chasing what's not chasing you.
From your write-up, take out the belt then start the car. If noise is not there, spin individual accessories by hand and replace the fault bearing when you find the culprit.
So I took it to a new kazeem today and he did the same thing you stated but said everything that runs on that belt seems very ok. We even threw in a new belt tensioner and nothing changed.
He is now suspecting the VTC actuator. But so many people even here has said this sound doesn't sound like VTC sound. I don't want to go tearing down my camshaft in vain. I'm really stumped.

Who has tried o2 sensor spacers on their Honda Accord? What design exactly worked without popping other codes?
I tried the one shown below on 2005 accord 4cyl with a catalyst efficiency below threshold code. The catalyst code cleared but I keep getting p0139 code (02 sensor slow response).

Hello honda Gurus in the house, please I need help

My honda civic 2008 American spec developed gear issue, I had to replace the gear.
The new gear was fixed but drive Light keeps blinking on the dashboard when I'm driving, The transmission isn't smooth as before. It takes longer time to move from gear 1 to 2. And it jerks when I accelerate beyond 30mph
It also refuses to accelerate when slow down in traffic, I'll have to put more pressure on the acceleration pedal before it picks up.

When I turn off the car and restart it after few minutes, the blinking D light stops and reappears after driving for 20 minutes.

I have scanned the car twice, no fault was detected.
The old gear was working perfectly before it got bad.

Please I need help

Return it

PROBLEM FIXED!!!
The oil pan was opened and there lies the pieces of my oil pump chain tensioner. The oil pump chain was loose and hitting the remains of the tensioner. New oil pump tensioner installed and engine closed. Sound gone.
All codes gone for now except oxygen sensor code.
I'm so relieved.

Also, where can one buy the Transmission filter for the 2003 - 2007 accord.
See image below of the filter and the part no.

This filter is located externally on the gearbox.
See this youtube video link for better understanding:

my hands are too heavy to type this. But u may start saving for a new gear box in the nearest future.
First of all, scan the car.
Linear or dual solenoid might be the culprit. U fit dey lucky change am and it works fine. With time it might return and becomes erratic, then prepare for the worse.
Gear may start slipping.

I have experienced such with same car. I used my gear for almost 2yrs b4 it gave up. Also check ur gear oil too

Replace with original brand-new rack and use genuine Honda Power steering Fluid and not ATF.

God bless you for this reply.

It is said that the new steering rack is not available for the model of the car....

Secondly, if I can't get Honda power steering fluid, can I use alternative that is meant for Honda and Acura?

This sensor spacer is nor for o2 sensors but for catalyst p0420 code. .money wasted it seems except you have catalyst code..

Guru's in house,
I decided to jack my car and check the ball joint, and I discovered this .
Please, what's the effect and can it cause the ball joint to pull off?
Thanks

That's your stabilizer links and it's part of your suspension system.
It won't affect your ball joint, but it's purpose and functions are defeated and not present.

It was a catalyst code that led me to the spacer. My sensor had no problem.
Although, right now, I'm trying out a new method of eliminating that p0420 code without the need for spacer. So I've currently removed the spacer and I will update the forum after 1 week of no catalyst or sensor codes.

Very possible, I think. Does the car rattle on cold start?

The P0011 is making me suspect my VTC actuator has been welded internally though it looks untermpered externally.
