how true is this submission?? If it's true then it's totally wrong. Evangelism is the sole work of a believer in Christ but noone is exempted as a target. They probably are avoiding being called the cops on, well they might have their reasons. Real Christians flow like water running deep and penetrating the rocky parts and crannies.
