Are you sure you weren’t part of the out of school children during your childhood.
By official estimates of states population for 2019, Anambra and Imo were 14th and 17th respectively and had bigger population than some of the states with high percentage of out of school children, even kebbi was 18th and sokoto was not even much bigger than Anambra so having a bigger population is no excuse.
They both have more population than some states and did more to ensure more of their people went to school while other states that have more population than the two now made sure they had more of their people out of school
Next time just congratulate the states for taking education serious and move on

Not really, Ekiti has culture of education before. In the old western state , Ekiti and ogun divisions were more educated than others. They were in every office from region to federal.

Until lately, Ekiti treasures education more than anything. If you don't have a graduate in your family, you don't win any recognition.
