SHINJA:It's clear you were among the out of school children in your days, if not you should have known what percentage means and how it is calculated. As of population, Anambra is ranked 14 out of the 36 states at the top half means Anambra population isn't small. 8 Likes 2 Shares |

MT:Distorted and unreliable, because it didn't favour your narrative? Being from Anambra,I expected to see Anambra at the final 3 positions and I wasn't disappointed.. It's not Balablu, evidence full ground.. An out of school child is a misnomer in my state.🎯 5 Likes 1 Share |

The start is not a good measure of development because some people are naturally anti-education. If you give an Anambra or Imo man N1m he enrolls his children. Some other people will simple have more children. 7 Likes |

You don't need data when you are physically part of a particular place. You don't need data to know that northern states are lagging behind in education. TINTINABULATION: 3 Likes 1 Share |

donbenie: Everything has to go tribal way with you folks, I was actually asking where they were getting data. Can we rely on ANY data including that of National Bureau of Statistics? Data in Nigeria are mostly unreliable. We all know it. Reliable data would have greatly helped this country but hell no, they keep manufacturing data, which is counter productive. 1 Like |

SHINJA:Are you sure you weren’t part of the out of school children during your childhood. By official estimates of states population for 2019, Anambra and Imo were 14th and 17th respectively and had bigger population than some of the states with high percentage of out of school children, even kebbi was 18th and sokoto was not even much bigger than Anambra so having a bigger population is no excuse. They both have more population than some states and did more to ensure more of their people went to school while other states that have more population than the two now made sure they had more of their people out of school Next time just congratulate the states for taking education serious and move on 4 Likes 1 Share |

SHINJA: Not really, Ekiti has culture of education before. In the old western state , Ekiti and ogun divisions were more educated than others. They were in every office from region to federal. Until lately, Ekiti treasures education more than anything. If you don't have a graduate in your family, you don't win any recognition. Ekiti produced the first medical doctor in 1896, Dr. Orisadeyi Obasa. 3 Likes 1 Share |

MT:do you need a data to know that an average abokis cannot string two or three words together to make a sentence? Do you need a data to know that uneducated Yoruba folks hardly communicate in English or pidgin? Do you need a data to know that an uneducated Yoruba cannot communicate in English or pigin? |
