You can try CamScanner to resize the passport, that's what worked for me.

Please anyone very familiar with the new system for passport application can assist to answer this query.
I am filling the form for my 4+ yr old daughter passport renewal and I got to the point where I have to upload documents. Some of the documents listed are birth certificate, local govt certificate of indigineship etc.
is the certificate of indigeneship mandatory for minors passport renewal? And where can it be obtained ? as it wasn’t used for her first passport

Pls has any one witnessed this before? What can we do next. We were asked to come in the next three weeks.

You can go there, your sister passport is ready and sometimes those immigration officers are lazy and will not check properly..They do normal only when their boss is available and will attend to you nicely..I hope next time you going, you will meet a nice and ready to help...It seems the passport has been produced since

For DIY, do I need to go with a guarantor's form? I can't find where to download it.

The upload of certificate of indigineship is a required field during the application, how do I negotiate this part of it is not mandatory ?
