After reading the post, the following are some survival skills you must needs develop:

3)As from today, as per right now, meditate on this Scripture, memorise it and say it to yourself and in your heart in the morning, in the afternoon and in the evening.
If you can do this diligently, you will understand later.

Learn it.

Daivid prayed 5 times a day.
Daniel prayed 7 times a day.
There is no reason for you not to pray.
Learn that Scripture above and pray it to GOD everyday.
