Is this broad information you're giving and expecting advice? ... if you're really in a 250K job you should know better. I wouldn't be surprised by weekend we'll be reading 500k job in Lagos or 900K job in PH.

Have you ever lived in PH? Where is the extra 250k monthly savings gonna come from with a "relatively" higher cost of living in PH these days based on the current market Intel I've read online?

I once lived in PH and worked with a multinational back in the day and thoroughly enjoyed myself though. Aside from the traffic gridlocks, Lagos has more opportunities for networking and career advancements because it's an international business hubs and gateway to many countries.

You can always come back to Lagos & guess what. The HR personel will be Benchmark the salary from the current 500k salary you are already earning

But if you decided to hold back, they will ask for your pay slip and the salary will be judged from your current 250k standpoint

So choice is yours.

I lived in PH for many years, good job, good salary etc

But what I realize is that when people move from PH to lagos they never want to come back..they will tell you that PH is limiting in terms of vision , opportunities and prospect of growth.

The lifestyle is also more laid back.

If you do choose to move, I will advice you to still keep your eyes on Lagos.

I am in PH, you will enjoy it. Just pack your things and come down. I felt the same way before I move down to PH. With 100% difference, you are covered.
However, you need to consider how you intend to grow your career, do you intend moving from one company to another after certain number of years or you want to grow to the top while in the same but good company.if the former is your choice, stay in Lagos because you will have limited companies in PH unlike Lagos where you a handful of them
