It's not a good news boss. I use diesel everyday for my hustle and the price is still high. We bought diesel at 600 naira before Tinubu took over. Let it go back to 500 naira

Difference not much . Already depot owners were selling 1350 to filling stations last week. If depot owners buy from Dangote 1225, they will sell at around 1325 which is just about 25 naira difference .

Before Tinubu, the dollar was heavily subsidized and the import duty rate was way lower than the exchange rate. Today, they are the same.

Good but they should not stop importation because of dangote.

If the price of dollars comes down more, dangote may not reduce the price of diesel and he will be one controlling how much we buy petroleum products like cement.

I knew all these recent hikes was to make sure Dangote also sell locally at the same price he sells to foreign markets.

At N 1,225 per litre it's still high. The government as we hear need to complete the nations refineries. Diesel should sell between N600 and N 800 or even less. Waiting for how much they will put PMS, which should realistically not sell beyond N 250 / N350
