Do you have any access at all to this case classified files? What if there are crimes committed by these individuals in the current case files? What if the company binance cannot defend actions of these individuals at this point? Why did the other escaped into hiding even from interpol if he has not committed any crime punishable internationally? There is a process to holding persons accountable. You can't just hold just anyone you like and make them the scapegoat - that is bad behaviour that is denting Nigeria's image in the global community. All of this is coming now because they are embarrassed that the other one escaped. Things should be done properly.
