Sevilla Femenino's Winger, Tony Payne, has addressed the issue of Super Falcons players scoring more goals for their clubs than for their country.

“Obviously, the national level is quite high. When you are playing in the national team, the connection might not be as strong by default, but we have a really good team and we trust each other, and I think the goals will come,” she stated.

However .....This Low Scoring Ahbi difficulty in Scoring goals have to be address when we meet south africa in the second leg and henceforth...
We must plan for a cut out victory in their home..

Some one with a technical ability should be given the job to break dem down.... No one person should be our target striker, we hav to prepare to blast dem from all corners.... And mount the pressure on them!!

Our job tomorrow is not to address low scoring difficulties, it's to grab the only Olympic ticket by all means

Kanu in describing their trip said they saw "Shege Banza". She didn't go into specifics so can't say it it is something within the control of the NFF or just usual Nigeria wahala.

We just have to do better sha. Can't imagine putting compatriots who have the responsibility to qualify the nation to the Olympics under undue stress.

Yeah yeah, SA are trying to frustrate the SuperFalcons there with their ill treatment, giving them wack bus to convey the girls… Imagine Oluehi telling Kanu and Ihezuo how very bad the bus they’ve been given compared to the one NFF gave to South Africa over here in Nigeria!

I don’t think the SuperFalcons will really feel this their I’ll treatment from SA as they already know how the African sides are always hostile… Even the Foreign Born in the team should be used to this already..

We will be having our final training 6:30Pm this evening

That will be a breach of CAF/FIFA safety requirements for host member associations. If such a thing happens, whether deliberate or not, SA will likely be forfeiting the match and staring at a very long FIFA ban.

Nigerians and negative thoughts, what's this nonsense about food poisoning ? The Nigerian female team I watched against SA in Abuja really did well, they just needs to take their chances in Sa or worst case scenario learn how to take penalties in case it happens. Just leave this negative vibes, it's annoying please
Re: Nigeria Female National Teams' Thread by solonnachi: 8:17pm On Apr 08
South Africa are so desperate for this Olympic ticket such that they are ready to do anything for Bayana Bayana to qualify. I even heard that a top CAF official who is South African has promised them the ticket. The referee is from North Africa. Super Falcons should really be on the watch out against unnecessary foul plays, food poisoning etc

Let's tone down the food poisoning retoric biko. South Africa historically isn't known for that. Officiating may swing a bit in their favour but that's about it.

The travelling challenge I spoke about earlier is a Nigerian challenge, South Africa had nothing to do with it. As per the bus given the team, Yes, that's valid.

The opposing team usually decides their own accomodation arrangements. The host FA may help with logistics but that's about it. I remember saying the South Africans stayed in a better hotel in Abuja than the falcons did. It's cause they could afford to. I think Nigerian teams also travel with some of their food items for events like this.

So yes, we expect the girls to triumph tomorrow.
