The real Band A areas in Abuja are constantly getting up to 22 to 24hrs for the past few days, barring rainfall and other unforseen circumstances, like feeder and breaker issues. The rest of the lower bands are suffering as a result.

Last last, na FG go benefit from this fiasco. All they want is to generate revenue. The customers are never the concern.

Who will sanction FG for being daft clowns? What have they done to increase generating in Nigeria? All they do is sanction. How can the focus of a government always be revenue generation? Tis one na Government abi criminal organization

Nigerians too are too criminal minded. All most people want to do is to cheat the system then later blame the system for being corrupt.
I know a neighbor that has not paid for light for more than 2 years now. A purposely tampered with his prepaid meter through one of the PHCN staff and he has been using free electricity since then.
I have personally reported him and others on my street directly to PHCN office and online (EKEDC), and these fools have refused to do anything about it.

This Band A people self, are they better than other Nigerians that we all can not have this light on equal proportion? Am just asking?

If the National Grid is down, then that's a different scenario. But if things are working as expected but they supply less than 20 hours then they will be penalized. It's that simple.

All these steps will only make them work better in the long run.

i had been in a situation, where there had been no light for almost 1 full month, It so happened that many6people had not paid their bills due to no light, just one day after they bring light, Ekedc officers start disconnecting those yet to pay

In my area here most of the time it's ONLY in the night they restore power, around 11 pm to 6 am.
And by 11 pm to 6 am, I don't mean that light will be available throughout the hours o.
Sometimes the light may stay for just 2 to 3 hours.
At other time, it may be shorter or longer.
You just can't predict them.
They ensure their customers have slept before light comes.
It is as if they've sworn secretly not to let anyone enjoy electricity they pay for.
I don't know what NERC is even doing to curb this daylight robbery of Nigerians.

my thoughts too, it's like he has forgotten about other bands, all attention are on band A.
It's even injustice to other Nigerians, why should you intentionally place me on a band by virtue of where I stay, they should hive everyone enough power supply and get everyone metered.

Cos as it is discos will rather be supplying power to band A alone at the detriment of other bands.
