Have you suddenly forgotten when the APC campaigned against the PDP for making the naira be exchanged at N216 to a dollar with the promise to strengthen the naira and make the exchange at N1 to a dollar? If you have forgotten, history is there, and the internet is there to always remind you.

As a Nigerian i am glad at this news, this govt has been performing badly since day 1 but in the few instances where they manage to get something done right i will acknowledge it and hope/pray they only build on that and get better.
Mr President should reshuffle his cabinet already,some ministers are non performing and just political baggage...Adelabu,Matawalle etc.

It moved from N700 to N1900. If it comes down to N1000 it is still a devaluation. Before anything, it has to be back to N700.

And from N700 if it appreciates say to N600, then we have something to be celebrated as an achievement.

This is even the bigger problem & nobody is talking anything about it. They are all shouting dollar is falling for over a month now, but goods still keep increasing. Cement is still high & I'm very sure a lot of these increased product will never come down if govt don't take serious action. Dollar keep falling in the news, but things keep increasing in reality.
