Finquas:But everyone can see that Tinubu is tackling all you highlighted above. The band A increment is an attempt to solve the power problem. Bandits are now been bombed by Nig army unlike the kid glove Buhari handled them. Dollar is failing already. So, Tinubu is a hands on president ready to make a difference. 1 Like |

It is not propaganda , it is artificially raising the value of the Naira in an unsustainable way by depleting our foreign reserves to prop up the Naira at the current exchange. Naira is unnaturally gaining fast against not only Dollar but all other strong global currencies. This is nothing but eye-service from Tinubu, perhaps he believes Nigerians hoarding dollars could be tricked into selling their dollars in the belief that the dollar price is crashing. Reality is that none of the global powerful world currencies are crashing anywhere else but in Nigeria, in fact the Dollar that is supposed to be crashing against the Naira is actually gaining against the pound and some other currencies. |

EmeeNaka:It’s not true that Tinubu met the Naira at 400 to a dollar, about the time of his assumption of duties as the President of Nigeria, the Naira witnessed a downturn against the US Dollar in the black market, plummeting to an average exchange rate of N762/$1 on Tuesday, May23rd, 2023. This represents a 0.26% depreciation from the previous day's trading session, where the dollar was valued at N760/$1. |
