I only got to know this morning from a thread that granting an accused bail at a said sum doesn't necessarily mean that he/she is freed but means that the accused will be reporting to court at from the comfort of his/her home. So it's either Pascal doesn't understand or na me no understand that thread. For some people, Money go make you look stupid.
