I thought Tinubu and his clueless economic team said Market forces will determine the price of goods and services. When we tell them Tinubu have nothing to offer they call us names but we are ever determined to rescue our nation from propagandists. 91 Likes 5 Shares |

Hehehe Good one!! We have all been waiting for this. The people from the region of hate and cannibalism cannot keep inflating prices of goods to discredit the present government because one fake messiah lost an election. They are the only people condemning this price control 11 Likes 1 Share |

This government is facing several challenges in terms of economic management. There have been some concerns raised by the public about the recent policies implemented by the government, such as the increase in fuel prices, clearing fees, electricity tariffs, import duties, and registration costs for vehicles. The increase in school fees for government institutions has also caused some distress among the public. Moreover, despite the government's control of several agencies and institutions, there has not been any significant drop in prices on them. Nigeria should ask This government why they have not dropped the prices of things they increased since dollar is crashing What an irony. This is the worst government in the history of Nigeria. Maybe they think it's only a particular region that do trading in the country that's why the traders are targeted. Government should reverse all the things they have increased, then we can take them serious. Government of Joseph Gobbles How can individuals lower the prices of goods when the government has refused to reduce the prices of the things they increased. All those increase is what the problem we have. This government does not have direction 15 Likes 2 Shares |

This is just like taking Paracetamol to cure Malaria. Prices of Goods & Services are driven by forces of Demand & Supply and not by the greed of Businessmen. Except in a monopoly. In a free economy, If people are making excessive profit from any business, more people will naturally enter that business & crash the profit margin. The main factors that triggered inflation were Subsidy Removal & Floating of Naira, (Petrol increased from ~2h to ~7h and Dollar from ~6h to >1k). 14 Likes |

Funny enough, supermarket things are even more cheaper. I know of Templehill supermarket that constantly runs on Maikano gen. (disel) in Isolo. Shebi na government dey give them money buy fuel? FG should make sure they give the Super markets stable power supply to avoid them using constant generator to run their businesses as doing so would cut down cost drastically. If these guys see light 24/7, no government go force them change their prices. They themselves would adjust. 16 Likes 1 Share |

Funny people, this sounds like 1984 Buhari regime. How many Nigerians buy stuff from Super market? 1. Who enforces price control to those that supply the supermarket or they don't care the prices the supermarkets bought their goods? 2. Who enforces prices control for those that supply raw materials to the suppliers of super markets? Who exactly make these sentimental policies the govt is enforcing? 15 Likes 2 Shares |

This sounds good, but make sure you do some research and determine the cost of production before imposing prices on items. If you run sellers out of business, you will cause more problems for the country. The last time I checked, Nigeria doesn't run a communist or socialist economy. 7 Likes |
