I couldn't go to work today because I was not feeling fine,however yesterday I bought some items to prepare this;
Stockfish -1500
Dry fish-2000
Okro-700
Pumpkin -200
Uziza-200
Fresh pepper-300
Ogbono-left over, crawfish and others I bulk buy
Total-4,900
And it came out this way

nah packaging, things hard I swear but the secret is , I scout for things in markets where they sell affordable things ,the stockfish nah Onitsha stockfish market,fish Asaba Hausa market etc

For stockfish market very close to our office, for the fish we have a supplier Bash,if we have like 3 or 4 request from staff,we call him,he will bring it from Asaba

Yea,I'm getting better, it's just a post accident pains which comes one off, I have done therapy today, for the wall socket I don't use it for heavy gadgets,I use prepaid metre so just for the blender alone.
