So you believe what he said. You can easily be decieved. Check for how much a CSP earn. Then you will understand. Police are the worst, to trust. It's better you trust an agbero, after all what an agbero is just a token and they will help you. I am NOT surprised that a civil servant would make such a pronouncement. Serving in the EAST is the dream of every Nigerian security personnel where they mount roadblocks to rob innocent motorists and other road users.
