I'm not sure you read beyond the headline.

He started a cooperative which people contributed to. They invested the money and it's now #20bn. It's legit. Some public schools in Osun state and I'm sure in most parts of Nigeria have such investments. In Kenya they call it SACCO. In Nigeria it's called cooperative. It's not his money at all.
