Hand of Esau, voice of Jacob.

Amaechi was used to remove GEJ, from same state

Why not tell us the genesis of the Amaechi and GEJ fight.

You made a design, people flouted it, you left them and started demolishing the properties of those who followed your design.

No be witchcraft be that?

The red line is the initial design, the yellow line is the diversion.

Why the change in alignment?

Do you know that if the government really want to follow the rule book. All Landmark and other buildings around it will have to go down? The FG owns all the land within 250 meters or 820ft along the coast line.
Dave Umahi said the government is making us of only 100 meters around that coastline area and you're here blaming the government.

The old place seems cheaper besides the road could have started from the outskirts of Lagos.

Una don dey justify this calculated attempt to ruin someone's massive investment.
look at the picture properly if they had used the old route they would have had to demolish all the house along that road costing them more through compensation and God forbid the home owners association decide to sue the case could be in court for years.....meaning more money and more time spent as against dealing with s few structures along the coastline and the Landmark guy that is shouting his main structures are still standing the only difference is that his access to the waterfront has been cut off something his business can survive without it.

Let government follow the 250 meters and wipe out Eco Atlantic city completly. Please let them go on with that rule.

Victim mentality. The Oniru with several more properties and Bola Ariyo of Mami beach are not complaining bitterly. It's always the people with an inbuilt victims mentality.
Are you not mad like this? What is wrong with you idiots without human conscience? No one stops Bola Ariyo or anyone else affected by that projects from complaining. If they don't complain; it is still their right. Allow anyone complaining to do so. Una hatred for Igbos is demonic.
If they praise themselves, you call it chest beating. Whatever the Igbos do, you bile filled entities must antagonise. No one stops you from blowing your trumpets. So allow them breath.

Look at the old alignment with thousands of homes that the government left alone because there are too many homes to demolish and massive compensation to be paid.

Do you demolish thousands of homes and render thousands of people homeless or protect just one man's business at the expense of thousands of homes with men women and children.?

I think the government made the right decision.

Insightful.
