A proven personnel comes to manage your organisation, and is not getting result, you sack am.

Another proven personnel comes for the same thing and could not get results, you sack am.

You elevated an existing staff to manage the situation, yet no results.

You brought in a management consultant to undertake a brief period and provide you with the way forward.

The consultant comes in, does his job, and you proceeded to hire another personnel who seems not to be getting it right. The next thing is to think of sacking again.

It is evident that this is not a mere managerial problem which is at the surface, the problem is deeper!

Recent pressers of ZeroHag show that, he is more likely to be in charge next season. He said they are already working on his 5th window signings as Manchester United Manager.

He admits that out of 4 windows so far, he was successful in 2, fail in 2. LOL!

A proven personnel is supposed to come in and bring along his best soldiers where possible or scout better ones or at least close for the organization, to replace the useless ones. He already knows he is coming in because of the rot. If he fails to do that, his time at the organization will be short. Either he is sacked or he resigns out of frustration. If he cannot convince some of his best soldiers to join him, questions must be asked. This one even convinced some of his best soldiers to join and we are already talking about replacing those ones. Its just year 2

That's why when he says he has 2 successful windows and 2 failed windows, my head dey burst. Which one is successful? All his first year signings are just bleh, he now doubled down and went for Mount again to silence anyone still defending him
