25 ÷ 4 = 6 R 1
65 ÷ 7 = 9 R 2
16 ÷ 9 = 1 R 7

It's a remainder theorem

If you divide 25by4 you'll get 1 as a reminder

If you divide 65by7 you'll get 2 as remainder.

That's modular division. You are looking for the remainder after a whole number division.
25 mod 4 = 1
65 mod 7 = 2
16 mod 9 = 7
