Soludo is really working in Anambra but he is handling a lot of projects at once which is slowing down the pace of works. I am confident that by the time Soludo finishes his 2 term Anambra will be a new bride.

Lol 🤣🤣🤣

Story story

How can handling lot of projects slow down projects..

He don't deserve 2nd term, If he don't turn Anambra to 40% of Dubai.

Lol you're indirectly calling soludo a child. Cos making Anambra the Dubai of Africa was his campaign promise but am being merciful unlike others more ruthless for a better change in the state, just for him to deliver meagre 40% of the Dubai grin

Attention to details in the inner streets of Awka

For over 32 years since the establishment of Anambra State on August 29, 1991, significant development has been rare. Until recently, most urban renewal reconstructions in the state were subpar, often referred to as "Anambra standard," which fell below acceptable standards.

Until quite recently, it was unheard of to build internal city roads in Anambra with pedestrian sidewalks or traffic lights. Those were the exclusive preserves of the "real" cities in Nigeria cities like Abuja, Lagos, Enugu or Port harcourt. These cities boasted well-marked streets, complete with street signs, traffic lights, and streetlights, along with proper drainage systems and pedestrian walkways.

Additionally, one of Soludo's most notable accomplishments is the crackdown on street trading and illegal street markets throughout Anambra. This effort has greatly improved the livability and reduced the chaos in Anambra's cities. It represents a significant milestone in the state's path towards sustainable development and progress. It's important to recognize that our obsession with tall buildings as a measure of a city's beauty is misguided. Cities like Dubai and Kigali are considered livable not solely because of their skyscrapers, or the lack thereof. Instead, a livable city simply requires clean, orderly roads adorned with greenery such as flowers and trees.

The only reason why you are here crying everyday is because you know that Anambra is by far more developed and advanced than your useless worthless cursed dirty state, that’s why you are constantly threatened. Your state capital is a slum and a glorified rural area compare to ordinary Nnewi , not to talk of great beautiful cities of Onitsha and Awka . Your envy and bitterness won’t change the reality on ground that Anambra is the most developed state in igboland and has the best infrastructures including the best and widest roads the eastern region can boast of . So we welcome you to cry lol

In the whole of your cursed backward useless worthless state there’s no road that comes close to those roads posted here. Anambra has the best multiple lanes roads in the entire igboland. Your state has the tiniest and most dilapidated roads in Nigeria, that’s why you are constantly here crying due to envy and bitterness.

IGBO GAVE UP ALOT FOR NIGERIA

MY QUESTION TO NDIIGBO IS WAS IT, WORTH IT.

I DONT KNOW WHY NNAMDI AZIKIWE DID NOT PUSH FOR AN IGBO NATION, WHAT NNAMDI AZIKIWE WAS LOOKING FOR IN THE NORTH

THE SW CAME LATE AS LAGOS COLONY.

WE HAD A CHANCE OF CREATING A COUNTRY THAT WOULD HAVE BEEN IGBO CENTERED.

THE SO CALLED SS MINORITIES ALL HAVE IGBO WORDS IN THEIR LANGUAGES AND DIALECT.

RIGHTLY, THEY ARE IGBO MINORITIES.
Re: Update on developments in Anambra state-photos by hammer567: 4:55pm On May 11
WHAT IGBOS DID NOT SEE BECAUSE THEY WERE BLINDED BY NIGERIA, THE NIGERIANS SAW AND UNDERSTOOD.

THEY CALLED IT IGBO DOMINATION.

THEIR WAY OF REFERING TO THE IGBO CENTERED COUNTRY.

I DONT WANT TO TALK ABOU THE PROSPERITY AND RESOURCES, BOTH HUMAN, CAPITAL, ENTREPRENEUR AND LAND.

I 'M SPEAKING FROM A CULTURAL POINT OF VIEW.
Re: Update on developments in Anambra state-photos by hammer567: 4:59pm On May 11
THERE IS NOTHING LIKE IGBO DOMINATION.

IGBO IS THE MAJORITY AND THE IGBO MINORITIES, SPOKE A SIMILAR LANGUAGE TO IGBO.

IF YOU GO TO THE NORTH, WHERE HAUSA IS THE MAJORITY, THE HAUSA MINORITIES ALL SPEAK AND UNDERSTAND HAUSA BECAUSE THEIR LANGUAGE IS CLOSELY RELATED TO HAUSA.

IF YOU GO TO GHANA WHERE TWI IS SPOKEN, THE ASHANTI AND ASHANTI MINORITIES ALL SPEAK TWI, BECAUSE THEIR LANGUAGES ARE ALL CLOSELY RELATED.

IF YOU GO TO SOUTH AFRICA, ALL THE TRIBES THEIR ARE CLOSELY RELATED AND UNDERSTAND EACH OTHER BASED ON A COMMONLY AGREED LANGUAGE OF COMMUNICATION.ZULU(ZULU MINORITIES.)

IT IS ONLY IN NIGERIA THAT THEY TURNED IT TO IGBO DOMINATION BECAUSE OF OIL POLITICS.

My point is that see how far they have come in that time, compared to how we have wasted it in Nigeria.

In the same amount of Time Nnamdi Kanu have been in jail, out and back in jail.

Does time mean anything to us in Africa?

Your post is not quite accurate sir,,,,,,,they effectively killed landmark's business by running a dual carriageway along the beachfront of the business.....so instead of viewing the beach all you see is a traffic laden highway............that act defeats your Yorubas are nice argument!

I don't blame you at all. If you were an indigene of Lagos, I'm sure you wouldn't be saying this thing you are saying. So the Lagos State government should lose an opportunity for a Federal Road from Eko Atlantic to the coastal highway because of 1 person's beach resort?
And please stop accusing the Yoruba people wrongly. A Yoruba man's resort was completely demolished to make way for that road but he was ok with it because it is for the betterment of Lagos State but your mind has been clouded by victim mentality so I don't expect you to see things differently.

The more I see things like this the more I hate this country. They purchased new trains for the Abuja - Kaduna rail, Lagos - Ibadan rail etc but partially repainted an old looking WWII train for the Port Harcourt - Aba route. angry

First and foremost, telling us Tinubu associate and employee resort was demolish does not change the fact that Tinubu had the option of constructing his road in the front.

There is no justification whatsoever for the violence Tinubu is unleashing against Lagosians because they did not vote for him.

The internet is full of Nigerians crying that they are homeless and jobless.

Re: Update on developments in Anambra state-photos by hammer567: 5:25pm On May 11
Secondly, I have seen all the virgin forest that Tinubu want to demolish.

I cannot understand, why he cannot widen already existing road, instead of destroying forestry resources.

Let us be putting our brain in whatever we want to do.

How do u justify destroying virgin forest to construct raod, when we have areas that have already been destroyed to widen and create the road.

Once again, you guys have skipped the point. Tinubu, though a stupid President, is trying not to make the same mistake Jonathan made when he was in office. Jonathan failed to upgrade the state of infrastructure in the South South, Tinubu will not make that same mistake with the South West and definitely not with his Lagos. That road is strategic to link the Apapa Port and the Coastal Highway to Eko Atlantic and 1 man's beach resort cannot stand in the way of such a project. If I were the President, I would have done same.

The beach resort was never in his way.

The original plan was for the road to pass through the front and not the back, so my question is what changed?

Secondly, if anything that investment is contributing to the development of that area.

Landmrk is half way through in building a 30story skyscrapper.

He should have pass his road through the front and allowed economic activities to continue.

People are now jobless, is that right?

If Tinubu give Lnadmark some years and time, the guy would have sold the skyscrappers and maybe demolish his other structures and constructed more highrise skyscrappers building before they sand fill the area.

You cannot give commercial business 9days notice.

I was sick to my stomach and i was not even the landmark guy.

The lack of empathy and the haste to destroy a fellow black man is scary.

Give them time and work with them to relocate to another site.

They are investors.

The original plan did not include Eko Atlantic. The new plan includes Eko Atlantic same way the plan for the 2nd Nigeria was adjusted last year. The 30-storey skyscraper Landmark wants to build can be built in Eko Atlantic. Like I said before, Lagos and Tinubu can't sacrifice infrastructural growth because of 1 man's beach resort.

Who God has bless no man can curse.

Tinubu should know he cannot compare himself or his money to the Landmark business man, who worked very hard for every penny, even against the odds and enemy trying to pull him down.

Tinubu have done his worst, yet he will witness Landmark stand taller than ever before.
