Abi o. Shey that was what they told us caused the fight. Wike was demanding for 25% of rivers state IGR. Since SIM has refused to give in and now fighting him, what has he done after one year.

I saw his list of projects to be commissioned after one year some of which were started and almost completed by the previous administration, I just shook my head.

Worst performance by a Rivers State governor after one year. Of course, he has a ready made excuse. Wike

Power ministry has historically been problematic many citizens including govt offices don't believe in paying for electricity
This attitude led to the death of public water supply too cos they are a cost center and people don't normally pay for water bills

So the sector is a sinking hole for govt and even private sector are not willing to put money where they are not sure of recouping money

Nepa and police are historically the most hated set of workers after the extinction of house to house tax collectors and wolewole

Our light has actually improved abit where I stay from the epileptic one we were getting some few weeks back, we are averaging at least 12 hours currently. We used to average 15 hours before

He should bring solution to the ministry, he was appointed to give solutions to those problems you listed and not remind us that the problem exist. They elect people to power to provide solutions.
