When I got mine in February last year, I was able to use it for 3 weeks before a payment statement was generated for my account.

This thread is 50+ pages long. It's normal for people to ask since the free subscription was probably mentioned in the first few pages.

Me sef thought I'd get free subscription too when I got mine around July last year.

This thread is open to Nairalanders and visitors and has influenced a lot of people to get starlink, and they started from page 1, so it's ok to ask those questions before going ahead to purchase.

My Starlink is mounted on the top of my 2 storeys tall tank stand. Used a 10 ft pole 😂
Road clear. Just make sure there's 0 obstruction and you'll get the best speeds.
