Is note 13 much of an upgrade to note 9s?

Emphasis on functionality: Multitasking, smooth OS feel and light gaming every now and then. (e-football)

If it's about gaming, I would not advise you to get the Note 13 4G. The snapdragon 720g on the note 9s is better than the 685 on the note 13 4G. I wonder what Xiaomi was thinking. Why not use Helio G95, G96 or G99 at least? Note 13 4g wins in display and fast charging. OS is smooth on both phones but Note 13 4g has more support when it comes to software updates. If you're after raw performance and gaming, your note 9s is still way better. Even the Tecno Camon 18 premier from 2021 performs better. Go for the 5g version if you want an upgrade

Since you're not satisfied with the current state of the phone, I think you should update it.
But, keep your expectations low.
The update didn't solve the issue for me.
But it may solve it for you so do give it a try.

No, they're not any better.

Same applies to them. Used to be a Samsung user before switching to iPhone and now Redmi.

At the minimal, all phones have the same features with slight differences.

Yes update. It might help squash that software bug but pls make sure your phone is at least 50% charged before updating and while it's updating, don't interfere

Just try to get sellers that would install original global rom.
