Governments all over the world list their achievement/completed projects, update the citizens on ongoing ones （even as they sensitize on traffic advisories, safety precautions and adjustment or readjustment or even none in proposed timeframe）and enlighten on their future plans, periodically. Nigeria is too big for everyone to know everything going on everywhere.

That you hardly heard of developmental news from KADUNA state doesn't mean nothing is going on there. So, for everyone to know, the government undergoes periodic awareness programmes for the sensitization of the citizens over their general endeavours. That's the ideal thing. If they don't tell you, nobody expect you to know other than things around you.
