You people should have empathy for others, be it woman or man, she's dead and we re in Nigeria where people commit crimes and go free because there will no proper investigation, even if she went for hook up and got killed or committed suicide as a Christian are you not supposed to be sad for her, almost all men re crafty and unforgiven but wont stop judging women who fell into their trap.

There was a time I just got to LASUTH and a bus came in with a dead man. The man was around 35 and he had committed suicide.

Why? Marital issues.

When they tell ladies to go to Churches, they will prefer to go to Clubs, and only attend Churches on Sundays, just to revalidate that they are still nominal Christians. No true Christian, or even an ardent Church goer will commit suicide. Not only Faith comes through Hearing. Encouragement, Inspiration, and Motivation to move on also comes through Hearing. When they advise people to go Church, they will focus on saying that Pastors are Scammers. Focus on how the Church improves your spiritual and mental health, and not on what the stupid Pastors are doing...

All the Church/Mosque going we generally do since colonization, Bible/Quran permanently hugged to our chests and the constant threats by our preachers of Hell, all that into account and people are still taking the chance and offing themselves at an increasing rate in Nigeria.

Religion is not the (only) answer, self-reflection is, it's not easy(trust me) but it works.

But let's talk about why a woman will commit suicide because of a failed marriage. Slay queens are the ones that commit suicide because of failed marriages. Only a woman that married for public validation and to brag and intimidate her romance rivals will commit suicide when the marriage fails her because she can't withstand mockery and ridicules from those she has tried to intimidate. Most of the women in this category are the type that posts nice family photos online as a coverup while dying in silence. They either marry good men but use bad characters to destroy the marriages or behave well in the marriages but suffer because they used gold digging mentality to choose the wrong men. Quote me anywhere.

A failed marriage causes bitterness and is very difficult to bear. But a woman who didn't go into marriage for the sake of peer pressure will not commit suicide if the marriage fails her. She will not post nice family pictures online as a coverup when she is suffering in the marriage. She will either cope in the marriage or leave the man. Quote me anywhere.

I remember speaking to a friend...stop stressing over your husband doing this or that, not paying school fees or chatting with other ladies...save, help with the expenses and let the sleeping dog lie. She was about to walk away after all the sacrifice in building their home. I told her.. don't let a lady that did not help you and your husband build the house enjoy it...thank God she listened.

yes a few men also take their lives because of women, but the different between men VS women taking their own lives because of the opposite sex is like 1 to 100 (and i am being generous). women are emotional being and will rather kill themselves than walk away.... on the other hand, men's ego will have more men KILL because of women... thats why much more men are rotting in jail today because of women.

Definitely. If you spend too much time online you start getting jaded and believing the world is bleaker than it really is. 90% of my married friends don't act like its blissful in there. We drink together and they kinda hints me with lackluster aura.

The way the father quickly jumped into conclusion that every evidence show it was suicide is enough to show that someone is trying to cover up the shame she brought on her family.

This woman probably went out to do another thing and not intentionally to commit suicide.

For those saying the husband is mistreating her less look at the facts on ground, they were staying outside the country where if you beat a woman you go to prison, so pls tell me how he will beat her and get away with it, in europe, the guy must have use sense to bring her back here then divorce her, if she is all nice and good do you think he would act that way after two kids, Nigerian women will show you hell in Europe and america will refused to do there wifely duties and there is noting you can do in Europe, to me after bringing her home said he is no longer interested, left without her and the kids eyes done clear husband is seen as the bad person when in reality men in europe knows what they are going through, her death to me is due to the fact that she could nt bear to be left back in Nigeria which to me is also her own fault if she was working making her own money tell me she couldnt afford to back, the shame was too much even from her own family members so less cut the man some slacks
