Why is it so hard for people to agree that the Luka/ Kyrie combo is the most talented backcourt in terms of just 1v1 shot making that has ever played. Yes there have been other great/elite backcourts, but if the criteria is just on shot making I cannot think of a backcourt that is better than this duo when they are on.

Asssinn, the level of shot making both guys can just pull off is absurd.

With Porzingis, I will give them a slight edge on paper. But without him, their offense just has stretches where it struggles and becomes bogged down

Nico Harrison doesn't get enough credit for turning that team around in two seasons. Only mistake was getting Grant Williams and inside half a season he quickly corrected the mistake. Swapped Finney Smith and Dinwiddie for fvckin Kyrie Irving

Yea. Man was always smiling and always had great stories whenever he was on TV.

Luka and Kyrie are both shooting 69.2% from 3 in the 4th quarter so far in this series . Looking at the numbers in this series I don't think I will be blaming the Timberwolves again, how the F are they supposed to win against that.

The tshirts and he looked like a stoner you could party with at Woodstock 99 or something. Watched his documentary. Pretty eccentric character

Styles make fights. The Timberwolves got carried away thinking they were the whole enchilada. I blame the TV pundits too for drinking the kool Aid. Every last one of them apart from Nick Wright

In the Timberwolves head they probably thought Mavs would be the easier matchup. They didn't know that Mavericks strengths doesn't lie in their bigs so you can't team up on just one player

Most of the games now they don't know when to play Rudy and KAT and where to bench them. Now there's talk of should Naz Reid and Anderson play more instead. They are in complete shambles

I dare say it would be interesting to see a battle between Kyrie/Luka and Jaylen/Tatum. Granted one set is technically a back court and the other isnt , but you still have 2 duos that dictate the offense. Im a bit worried though, it might turn onto a glorified 3-spamming series

Luka and Kyrie will smoke this Boston team if a reasonably fit Porzingis does not come back.

This Pacers team has to be the worst late execution team I've seen yet. All their brains just seem to freeze those last 2 minutes and it's like they've never seen a basketball before

They either inbound poorly or take the worst available shot

Anyway fortunately this hopelessly overmatched team can go and rest. Had no business making even the conference Finals anyway. Bucks ineptitude and injuries to the Heat is to blame

This Celtics vs Pacers just reminds me of Lakers vs Denver. Lakers can control the entire game but essentially hand it over to Denver in the clutch.

Makes me wonder what would happen if the Celtics are playing against a clutch team like Dallas, wetin go come happen?

I largely agree with you on the offensive limitations of Klay but mehn that dude is really underrated.

Klay and Curry legitimately hold that title as the greatest back court in NBA history and I don't see it changing soon.

Just look at that elite playoffs production while playing elite defense against the best guards for almost a decade.

They were never winning the series but it really could have been a tied series
