Yes . Also just dip and remove quickly. Basically have the egg wash coat it and plop onto the griddle. Soaking it basically turns it into bread pudding in my experience

The yolk often times act as a sauce and ties the whole dish together. The yolk isn't totally raw na.

Enthusiasts is a bit far fetched. I’d have my whole body covered in them if I were an enthusiast. But yes I quite love this one that I have. Couldn’t have asked for better.

Pounded yam with ofe onugbu.

Was it of Cocoyam powder and substituted with oatmeal (saw someone do the same on YouTube). Came out very good and everyone loved it.
