Go to the person's bank and complain.

If you're sending through bank app or pos, the person's name is shown.
If you're sending through a bank transfer, the teller confirms the account name.

If your account number is not phone number, Send message in transaction description to the reciever by transferring minimum amount like 5 naira, tell the person to call you

Why are people so ignorant. Any money mistakenly sent can be retrieved if you follow the right channel. Through the court and the recipient bank with evidence. It's that simple.

There is none whatsoever. He did not take your money, you gave it to him. Even the banks will never disclose his identity to you. Your best bet is to look for him and negotiate, you won't get it back with gra gra. If you send 200M to my account, you won't get a dime back as I will move the funds to my offshore holding accounts immediately. I do this all the time, way out of the reach of Nigerian banks. You can only beg me but can never use force cos I know the law very well.
