Last year, someone came to town, he was loud and it seems like he was everywhere. Elders called a meeting concerned that the stranger is giving criminal vibs... They have criminal tendency (opportunist) but the main problem was that he was just arriving from Lagos. SOME people coming from there act like a recently released prisoner, or SOME soldiers that are just coming from bush. Always on the edge.
