4.Incentivizing and attracting Nigerian Diaspora,foreign and local investors to come and manufacture(anything at all) for exports(thereby creating jobs,boosting the economy,earning dollars)

5.Investing in SMEs and on CRITICAL infrastructure,(not unnecessary ones)to help farmers,manufacturers,smes,etc.
