The figures are really mind-blowing considering the fact that the Nigerian currency is getting worse by the day.

Nigerians travelling to UK now are not super rich, they are average people like you and I.
Unilag increase sch fees from 25k to 60k and they will threaten to burn down the sch but THE SAME set of people will go to UK and pay 40m as shown in this thread...I know the quality isn't the same no doubt, but unilag is not totally condemned and I think if paying 40m in a UK sch is considered ok by this average Nigerians then paying 2m shouldn't be something we should protest about...Abi no be so

you are there on a study visa, not a work visa

With determination, the person should be able to recoup the money after sometime but that cannot be said about Nigerians presently working as most can't even afford to save from their salary due to high inflation.

It's not that bad.

Make una no dey use the extreme to define things.

Most of the people I know that graduated and currently working aren't earning anything below ₦100k.

Some are as high as ₦400k-₦900k

Adverts are everywhere on LinkedIn. Put your eyes down and also activate the power of networking.

People still dey get jobs on the steady, it all depends on where you're looking and what you have to offer.
