Same here. Access use to pay last during my NYSC and Npower days. Maybe they have not changed.

I just tried the idiot website and they sent me OTP just now, something they refused to send when I applied earlier. All these free monies never works for me.

I called their help line: 07000551111 and I was told that payment is ongoing. It seem like a lie, though.
