That was Ashraf Sanusi ( the son of the re-instated Emir of Kano, Sanusi Lamido Sanusi) and Sultana Nazif (daughter of Senator Suleiman Nazif from Bauchi). Considering the families both of them come from, they can actually do more than this without facing the wrath of the law.

I think it's a smart move. If you want to spray 10k. You submit the real money in exchange for their special note. So, you can gladdly spray the notes without harassment from the overzealous arm forces.

1.Cost of printing the money; the said currency is equivalent to Naira in exchange for real money. So, they incurred additional expenses in printing it
2.Counterfeit issue.
3. People printing from the house to come and spray.
For me, it is senseless move!
