Almost all the universities in Europe offer courses and certificates in English even though only UK & Ireland are the primary English speaking countries in the continent.

These schools run courses in their languages for local students and English for international students. They do this side by side.

That's how most of them make money to keep their institutions afloat.

What about people with unverified certificates from University of Chicago or Chicago State University
