I laugh at how people try so hard to compare oando to a whole seplat. New entrants in this market never cease to amaze me. Seplat can't be compared with oando in anyway. Oando should be sincere for once and stop the hopevile journey.

As for japaul it's story for another day but they should give us the names of the "audio" foreign investors just like oando that is heavily indebted and using supposed money from eni deals to move their stocks in MH style

Be wise

Come back next year to start buying bank shares if you must have them. Nigeria banks are father of deceptions if you doubt me check their history

How much did he invest? Don't worry that oando guy man use same format to push oando up. He went to London to shake hands with oyibo in the name of signing 🤝

Truth is like pregnancy it will always come out no matter how long but I only pity the new entrants. You guys know how to run without your legs touching the floor but these ones (new entrants) will come to ask if they should run after the ruins is finally done

Who will they blame but themselves?

Less I forget they have moved oando MH to 150 and 200 respectively

Which gold? They said they will start next year if I'm correct.

Where's that bank that wants to drive car on water that year?

NB was once a fundamentally sound stock.
Cadbury was once pronounced without 'D'.
Nestle was once not wrestling.
Dangsugar once not causing diabetes.
First bank once fell trees on their path.
Cars were once to run on water.
Trophy stout once had no alcohol.
UACN was once proud of Livestock feeds.

Only Mr. Market is always right... grin

Boss, you are right. Key word, understand what you are buying. Don't fall in love with any company. The Govt can also ruin any good investment overnight, it can also turn a dead company into a money spinning machine overnight... grin

If japaul like let them cross #200 which is possible with the way their boss will hype it in the days ahead but new entrants should be warned and not like give them assurance that all is well. This is usually my stance

I don't buy such stocks and won't have them in my portfolio

So why haven't japaul started mining the gold since 2020?
So you have been fed the name and profile of the "audio investor " but obviously there's more questions from where that came from.

If I may ask, why don't you do this research yourself? There are so many tools you can use to research in this age. You will be amazed at what you find if you even start with Google.

However, I can understand if you can't be bothered researching a company like Japaul because of their antecedents.

If that were the case, don't you think it's illogical to make sweeping statements about investment in a company for which you have not done much due diligence?

Did you know there's a market syndrome that makes you averse to stocks, businesses, sectors, people etc that have caused you loses in the past? It's natural but you can't project your fear on other people.

You may be suffering from market PTSD. Instead what you should do is to actually revisit the source of your fear to see if you can learn from it. What could you have done better? Equip yourself with knowledge and continue to build on it. Also there are different strategies of making money in the market depending on investor profile.

Seek to understand the business, sector, processes, stages, growth catalysts etc. This is also FA ALL OVER THE WORLD. FA is not just EPS, PAT alone cheesy

Please answer these questions:

What does Dangote refinery financials look like at the moment? Specifically, revenue, assets, liabilities, profitability etc

How will you value the refinery?

It took a few years to build the refinery. Would the refinery be valued at N0 until completion?

Your views are well appreciated. Please appreciate and accommodate other people's views too. It's not good behaviour to start calling people names and accusing them without proof.

Trust me, the only way to "be wise" is to equip yourself with knowledge and understanding.

If my post appears too blunt or rude, abeg no vex. I tried to be careful as much as possible without you perceiving it as an attack. cheesy

Disclaimer - This is not a recommendation to buy or sell any stock.

Oga loco. I asked you a question. Pls where exactly is this japul gold mine located
We Nigerians are notorious for answering questions with questions so please permit me to ask:

Are you asking because you don't believe they have a mine? Do you know what stage of Gold exploration Japaul is currently at?

I would have provided a direct answer but I'm not sure of your motive for asking cheesy Hope you realise I'm not accusing you of anything o.

I believe you would benefit more if you did some digging of your own. Let's discuss based on your answer.

Haba my oga.You posted hope villa of November 2020.This is even red flag because by now they should have told us how much gold they already have in the market
You read that link but you still believe they should have told us how much gold they have in the market? cheesy

No disrespect meant o, you may need to read it again. There is a process to follow. It's not the best to condemn without first understanding.

At All, I'm not here to attack anyone so if I step out of line (which I will from time to time), please call me to order. I'd appreciate if we can engage in intellectual discussions as we are all here to make money and it's more fun that way.
Re: Nigerian Stock Exchange Market Pick Alerts by Omooloriredade: 1:32am On Sep 11, 2024
At All, I'm not suggesting anyone to jump into Japaul o. There is a process involved and your investment timeline may be out of sync with the process.

Most importantly, success is not guaranteed. As with all things exploration, time, luck with mother earth and capital are major factors.

Also consider that market revaluation is not done when outcome is known. The market uses a sliding scale method to value a stock/project/company as the project is derisked.

Disclaimer- Please do not buy or sell Japaul based on my posts.

...the link is to provide answer to the mining location that was asked. I'm not promoting Japaulgold. Not advocating for buying any stocks when price is rising but when falling. I follow data only - price/volume; not hopeville.

If the stock is not your favourite, by all means please ignore all my contributions on Japaulgold.

My last contribution on EternaOil was when price dip (July 05). EternaOil price is high, with increase in buying pressure. Potentially, price can start falling tomorrow!

NewGold is a buy. Recently dip to support level and price started rising as shown on the chart below.
