Wild blackberry jam. I made from blackberries I foraged in the village. So good with authentic French baguette.

All ingredients in the 2nd picture.

Strictly one teaspoon of the pectin. As for the sugar and chia seeds, you can use however much or little your heart desires. Or use natural sugar substitute like monk fruit and stevia.

I can finish all of this baguette with this jam all alone. Yummy! Yummy! Yummy! I‘d like some tea with it.

I usually toast mine in the aromatics and a bit of oil until the individual rice grains start to brown a bit before adding the liquid.

A great fan of large quantities of onions 🌰 in beans here.
One large bulb of onion chopped two more to go cheesy
I bought chopping machine but returned it as it wasn't chopping the way I like.

Cooking naija style beans.

2 cups of beans
3 large onions
