Hello guys.
My gf just did her relocation, and she is having trouble locating her PPA. It's at Ibadan

Here is what it says:
the Local Government area is Ona-Ara

And the school is:
Al-Huddah Group Of Schools
Irewumi Area, Arisukuna Junction, Old Ajia Road Aba-Otun, Ibadan

Please how does she get here? Everyone she keeps asking is saying is far but nobody, even some of my friends who've served in Ibadan could help with directions.

We're in 2024 na not 2004.

Tell her to type that address on Google map and it would bring out popular landmarks which she can use in locating the place.

I don't think it's that simple sir. You can check for yourself and see. Plus I'm not really very conversant with the Google maps. So it makes it a bit harder. Could you help please?

I'm not in Ibadan but I used this as a sample. Just input your current location and then, the address of the school. Google maps would do the rest

You can also input her address yourself to check the distance and route or tell her to do it herself. It's better she does it herself because Google maps would automatically use her current location.

Because of just a girl friend you are already seeking directions as if she is about embarking on a journey to the moon.

It's that simple. I've driven to places in Lagos I don't know by simply following the directions on my Google map and I didn't get lost.

Anyway, I made an effort to locate the place from my location here in Lagos. And from the map, we can see that the closest landmarks are Universal Life Gosple Church, Progressive Quaters and Temidire Central mosque. With the central mosque being the closet landmark to your location cos from the map, the mosque is on a street which connects to the major road from which you'll be able to locate the school.

So what you should tell to look for Temidire Mosque. I'm sure that Okada riders would easily know the mosque since it's a central mosque.

When she gets there, she should connect her earpiece, switch on her map, type the address and click on start (from the map I uploaded, start is after direction with an arrow) a female voice would tell her how many minutes it would take her to get to her location and direct her on how to get there. So it shouldn't be difficult for her to locate.

Note I posted this map from my location in Lagos. I'm sure that if you open your map in Ibadan it would capture more landmarks and streets.

There are two ways,
1) along Lagos ibadan Expressway, alight at Olorunsogo bustop before getting to iworoad. Climb the bridge the take a cab going to amuloko. At amuloko you ll see a bike going to the sch.

2) along ife road, there is ajia bus stop. From there take a bike to the sch.
