0.06usd is around N98/99.

I doubt this amount will be paid as dividend.

What's their EPS in their most recent report. Is it even up to N25 for H1? What will be the payout ratio?
Re: Nigerian Stock Exchange Market Pick Alerts by Willie2015:
KarlTom:
I doubt it.

The structure and their financials are solid.
There's more to TRANSPOWER than we know especially wrt TRANSAFAM... wink

Don't sidon look o, ARADEL has the markings of another SEPLAT
Every mallam to his kettle
We used to buy Seplat below ...
N500 back in the days... inffact N300 plus
It took them solid 10 years to get to this junction...
Aradel will go thru its own learning curve too...
Maybe a short or longer period..
Sincerely ...its not just a simple walk in a park..
There are risks....major ones... Regulatory... political....exploration ....market etc
I assure u ..there will be good moments to pick it up along the way...
It has never been a straight line move in this stock biz.

KarlTom:
I see ARADEL doing ₦2000 easily.
Likewise, I believe that SEPLAT will do a share split by/before Q1 2025.
OandO will do many things largely dependent on the results... wink
How. I think the fair value should be between N1000 and N1200.

Movement of stocks between exchanges (NASD TO NGX and vice versa) Using Aradel as an example

Please note that the listing of Aradel on NGX on Monday 14 October 2024, will not automatically move your Aradel holdings from NASD cscs to NGX cscs account. It's the company that moved not your holdings.

To move your holdings from NASD cscs to NGX cscs, you must do a demat of your holdings through your broker. The process involves you filling a demat and transfer forms and submitting same to your stockbroker. The process attracts a fee.

Your stockbroker will in turn send those forms to the registrar of Aradel - Coronation. The registrar sends your holdings to cscs Plc who in turn credits your NGX cscs account.

This process takes some time depending on all the parties involved.

So if you wish to sell the Aradel you bought on NASD this week or at any time, this is the process you have to pass through.
The same process occurs if the movement is the other way round e,g 11 Plc from NGX to NASD.

The above is the process as of Friday 11th October, 2024. If the regulators have changed it due to some request by investors, it will be confirmed in the days ahead.

Let's be well guided.

If your holdings is currently on NASD and your NASD cscs is with Investment one, kindly contact customer care for a guide.
This process does not make sense.

When I opened my NASD account many years ago, NASD and CSCS used to have different Clearing House Numbers.

The CHN of NASD starts with letter D, while that of CSCS starts with letter C.

But now, NASD and CSCS accounts have the same Clearing House Numbers.

In fact investors who subscribed to CSCS online, can view all their investments ie shares and bonds in different stockbroking houses onNGX and NASD and the total valuation of the investments.

NGX is a major shareholder of both CSCS, FMDQ and NASD

Re: Nigerian Stock Exchange Market Pick Alerts by emmanuelewumi(m): 5:00am On Oct 13, 2024
Value of shares sold should be N100 million and above.

It will be on shares bought and sold within a year and below.

Shares bought with loans are excepted. I am sure this will be reviewed

This may not be based on the new 4.34B outstanding shares. Check properly.

This is about 68% earning per share if you relate with the share price of N702.

No oil company in Nigeria doing this. Not even 20%. So look very closely so there is no misleading. Perhaps the report may be based on a smaller outstanding shares.
What you should do is to do your own due diligence by dividing the profit after tax with the current OS of about 4.3B units so you can see if you will arrive at what you posted

Attached below is Q1 2024 and H1 2024 reports on a flash

For Q1
N22B pat divide by 4.344B OS will give u less than N6 EPS for Q1 if u use the current OS.

For H1
N101B pat divide by 4.344B OS gives around N24 EPS

Let's not run the way of Caverton

Exactly what shareholders are trying to point out to regulators. We hope it worked out. Perhaps this Aradel's case will be pioneer to the automatic process. I remember the wahala I have to pass through for my 11 Plc and ASL that was on my NGX cscs to reflect on NASD when the two companies delisted from NGX. I expected the stocks to be on my NASD cscs account automatically but it was not so. I have to go through the process I just described.

It's correct (up until 15 Sept '24)

This was calculated using OS of 217,242,218 (4,344,844,360 ÷ 20).

However, I understand that this disclosure should be included to avoid misleading many...

Anything is possible in NGX!
Do not commit the same 'mistake' that some people did with Oando when they said Oando could not cross N20 or even 50!
Aradel is also acquiring new oil fields and expanding.

Oando remains the cheapest oil and gas stock in terms of share price growth.

There’s no doubt it’s a solid company. I think the thing to be worried about for those who haven’t cashed out or those looking to enter now and make quick money is the huge OS. There are a lot of people who have made 200%+ and will be looking to realize those gains with improved liquidity on the NGX.
It’s something I can easily see going on Offer

For long time investors. Aradel at 1000 by oga Emma won't still be bad.It will be putting the forward PE at 20.8 since saplet will be at 27 plus.Hoping they don't equally dilute the shares more too soon
