The news around this deal is peculiar. I’ve seen conflicting reports over the last few months. Before Business day told us it was rejected initially then two weeks after wrote a contradictory article stating that it was approved. A source I’ve spoken to who’s a senior insider in Aradel since inception has told me it’s 95% going to happen, they just need to grease a few palms. Perhaps that’s what’s holding it up. We just have to wait and hear it from the FG/NUPRC

ARADEL

Please our Oil and Gas experts in the house how will the following story affect current Aradel rally? Has it already been factored in?

Don't know if someone already replied this:

Trading fees for buy and sell:
Brokerage Commission: 0.3% to 1% (varies by broker)
NASD Trading Fee: 0.3%
SEC Fee: 0.3%
CSCS Fee: 0.06%
Total ~ 0.96% to 1.66% of the transaction value smiley

Thanks. I got an idea of the kind of struggles and intrigues involved from a thread on X (Twitter) by @Rufyb involving the formation of Seplat and how they got to purchase Shell assets:

It will be nice to know the full story and those behind the masks in the case of Aradel when all is finally done.

CI Leasing - The market is not expecting a good Q3 result? Q1 & Q2 looks good to me.

Disclaimer - Not a recommendation to buy or sell.

I think something is not right with that q2 in my opinion.
The profit is only good for the company but very poor with the group .
Since its the group that is listed, the results might not be good as some people thought.
