Moving on from Libya debacle, what League fixtures are we looking forward to this weekend? I hope something interesting pops up. Anyone know where to stream EPL?

Maybe they should learn that from Sporting Lagos fans.. Those guys with all the drumming will just come up with the chorus "Lets go Sporting, Let's go".
Even that doesnt stopped them from relegating 😂😂😂 I loved it then sha
Lol. That's why it's fans. But it left an impression that in next decade you'll still know its Sporting. Just like YNWA and North London Forever does with Liverpool and Arsenal. Then see Dortmund and Fernabache with tens of thousands flags on display. Players feel these things. They admit it. That's why Anfield remains a den in England.

We need new tunes and moves that shows that assoc is creative and impressive

I hope the bolded is true but feel there are still areas that needs cleaning.

I also believe such issues should not be easily moved on from because it could reoccur in some other way. Well point noted.

CAF Announces Final Shortlist For Men’s Player Of The Year Award.

1. Ademola Lookman. 🇳🇬
Nigerian & Atalanta Attacker.

2. Victor Boniface. 🇳🇬
Nigeria & Bayern Leverkusen Striker.

3. Brahim Diaz. 🇲🇦
Moroccan & Real Madrid Playmaker.

Just saw this on Twitter. How true is this story?
I don't care anymore let them dash whoever. CAF has disappointed me endangering the lives of potential APOTY winners. Until Libya is severely punished, don't even give a damn about that organization no more.

A bureaucratic ladder none of the other team had a problem with including 2 clubs from the very same Libya?

I think that's the point he's making.
Because they followed protocols of carrying the host nation along with their plans before moving or boarding flight which will allow them to make the call for the special permit to land. but then when they moved they thought they could probably pull an element of surprise on us. And we said look at this fools, you're rather gonna suffer for your miscalculation. It's either you bear the extra cost, or wait till the next day. But they still insisted on moving that day to uyo. And they had to bear the consequences.

Where is this defeatist mindset coming from., no Nigeria is winning it back to back

I'm 100% sure that Lookman will win the APOTY and I'm also very sure that Lookman won't buy this your sentiment.
Let them give him the award because for record purposes, no one would care what happened that got him been denied the award.
After given Lookman his rightful award, we will all come out and call out CAF for the treatment the SE received in Libya.

I don't just understand some Nigerians. It's either they are always complaining or they re losing hope even when wining.
There is no parameters that would make Diaz been ahead of Boniface in second position, not to talk of upsurging Lookman as the winner

This looks bad to me. I can understand why the Libyans feel maltreated and believe this needs clarification.
@GoodJoe are you sure the SE traveled out of Uyo when the Libyans were leaving Uyo? Am not 100% sure the SE left Uyo at the same time the Libyans were leaving.

Modified
Seen your other comment now. Is it true Pep is leaving City soon? Many questions come up
1. Who would replace him
2. Where is he heading to
3. Finally, would you still continue to support City?

I hope a lot of diplomatic processes takes place to quell the bad blood.

The Libyans feel hurt and in some way I sympathize with them.

I hope the NFF clears this and worked within International best practices with respect to handling foreign footballers.

If not, this incident should serve as a lesson.

Looking at international best practices NFF needs to apologise to LFF for matreating their NT. The treatment is bad and nothing but bad or why will they be "checking" your visitor bags when he is not cool with it. SMH

Thank you. On review, you are spot on and I think it is a case of miscommunication. I don't know if it is language barrier or something.

I have also noticed the Libyans have a victim mentality. Maybe because they are so pampered in their country that the feel sleighted at hitches.

Well I pray it ends well.
Why are are laboring to make excuse for clear manipulation? Why giving excuses for Libyans and crucifykling Nigeria? Oh they are pampered in their country? That sounds like inferiority complex.

Why do our people find it hard to grasp sarcasm?
country hard, everywhere strong. Just imagine you finished fighting with conducter in the car park/ just finished shouting and you sit down to settle nerves with some reading. The craziness is yet to fully leave you so it impairs your normal ability to look beyond a sentence and get it's true meaning.
