Please I need advice a man raped my course mate (girl) later i got to found out the same man raped a girl in my street using charms. And he has been boosting that no one can do anything. None of them knows his address only phone number. And his information is not on true caller.

She has reported to the police with medical report but she was told to deposit 30k which she does not have. They still see the man parading around town sometimes.

I am not around town to help them fight this case but the police ain't helping matters. The case now is over 2 months and he is still looking for prey's

Do those women have a father or a brother? Let someone stab him with a knife and spill his guts.That is their duty.

Tracking the man down is a problem since both parents are not financially capable. They leave everything to God while crying every night.

And the police refused to collect 15k for a start .
