An oath only exist when one is alive. Biblically, the law cease to exist when one is death according to Paul.

Again, you didn't break the law first, she did, so, you're are free from the oath.
The issues of not being loved by someone you love or not loving someone who love you is not related to you alone, is a general thing. In fact, some have gone ahead to marry that way and at the end build beautiful homes (though I don't accept that kind of marriage).
Personally, I'll advice you pray to God, tell him you made the oath in ignorance, secondly He's aware she's death and she broke the oath at first. Ask Him to grant you grace to take her off your mind so you can fall in love with those that cares for you too.

Whether she is dead or alive oath in Christianity does not exist. Oath is a scam to fool you that there is a problem.
All my relationship has been very short which none has ever gone past 5 months no matter how we loved ourselves. This was happening for several years until my current relationship is with one of my ex seven years ago that I left due to something I could have been patient with. It took so much beg, pleading and promises to be back. Wish I will never hurt her again.
So if along the way I have had an oath with a girl I would have been thinking that it was the oath that was concerning all my short relationships. 1,3,4 months relationship is over than.
