OK I get it.it is just 10% spread all over.
I will do that differently next yr.I will put that percentage in trading portfolio and be doing jijo.The one I am rebalancing is going to be strictly long time investment

So let's say hypothetically N50m is my NAV

45m is the core
5m will be for the rest
The 90% will always cover the 10
And inside that 10%, there are always those one off bounces (like what caverton did for me this year )

Yes, you (and close family members) as an employee of SEC would be restricted from some certain transactions depending on the sensitiveness of your role

Even so many CBN /NDIC /AMCON mid - senior mgt are also restricted from banks shares

As an example, working for one of the big 4 in a non audit role but holding a relatively high position, i basically can't own shares in companies we audit and the reason is simply because undue advantage as a potential result of having access to privilege info

We have ALL enjoyed information about OandO and ARADEL before the market even FMN.
Most respondents jumped to the conclusion that I have direct access to insider information...
