emmanuelewumi:
I don't think Street attacked him for sharing his opinions concerning Oando backed with facts, figures out historical antecedents but I think he attacked him for going personal and abusive
......and in the process, he went personal and abusive himself.

It is always better to ignore such uncouth and ill trained people.

In the few days I have been here, I have seen members refer to some select few as "elders", "pa", "oga" etc. Is it by age or the number of years they've been here?

Because all I can see are mostly petulant and childish individuals who are not able to hold their emotions in check in a social forum like this. We all can do better. We should be able to disagree with one another without jettisoning decorum and social ethos.

INVEST WISELY WHETHER IN A BULL OR BEAR MARKET

Don’t be carried away with the BULL nor the BEAR, all investors should still do their due diligence before investing in any stock even when it’s recommended because in the long run, investors must take responsibility for their decision not the analysist/the market or financial adviser.
It was one of the mistakes investors/market players made in 2006 to early 2008 (BULL) and 2020 (BEAR)

In a bull market even non-fundamentally sound stocks appreciate in price by way of positive sentiments around the market and in a bear market even fundamentally sound stocks prices can nosedive, Invest wisely

I wish everyone a good investing experience ahead!

Seems like some people are yet to get a hang of this "investment thing"
The plain truth is that ONLY YOU are responsible for your trading decisions, good outcome or bad.

You have to accept whatever decision YOU made and keep it moving 💯
Investments are for the long haul, we are talking years upon years upon years

I remember my experience with RedStar Express (the rollercoaster ride over the years)
But I stayed put and today the investment had paid off, as in addition to dividends and bonus shares, I am almost 100% up ( give or take)

that's how the market is
sometimes you gotta wait it out

I beg my popcorn neva finish oooo

The film no even too swit as i expect it to be.

If i be OJT i go just turn am to season film.

I go release Q1 after like 1 week after the AFS. Then wait 1 month release Q2 then wait 2 months release release Q3. by then 2024 AFS go don due. But instead make i release am, i go on interlude again to increase the suspense.

We go all learn by force by fire. The true character of all of us (both protagonist and antagonist, even sit on fence) would be revealed in the fullness of time.

A few weeks ago, everyone were analysing Aradel here by giving a negative comments without quarrel or fight, someone posted his reviews with fact and figures on Oando, people started attacking him. I said it here a few weeks ago that capital markets is like a gangan drum what faces someone is backing another person. I'm sure no one here have a controlling interest in Oando, why are your taking someone's opinion on a stock personal? Instead of seeing his points and adjust if you think it's necessary. Oando loyalist should learn not to be too emotional and I believe they can do better.

For those expecting someone tell you they have exited a stock before you decide on yours, you will wait tire, no one will do that for you. People's investment is private, so they can chose not to make it public.

Good morning folks!

People can be funny 😁, a few weeks ago someone posted that he has lost money on DS, I showed him sympathy and advise him to exit and move to another promising stock, then come back to DS after recovery if he so much believe in DS, but he didn't take the advise. Now another person his blaming his loss on someone because he didn't publicly disclosed that he has exited.

Tribal, political and religious talks are always sensitive and divisive.

The stock you just mentioned is a religion and also political, so emotional will always take over.

Reason why people become aggressive, abusive and frustrated when trying to defend their tribal, religious and political views
Re: Nigerian Stock Exchange Market Pick Alerts by BullBearMkt(m):
IF ARADEL INTRINSIC VALUE IS HIGHER THAN CURRENT PRICE, THEN WE HAVE GREAT OPPORTUNITIES!
As ARADEL's stock price is declining the selling pressure is reducing; and with the stock trying to find a good demand zone, we can only rely on the intrinsic value of the stock to provide confidence. If the intrinsic value is significantly higher than the current price, then this presents a promising opportunity for a long-term investment.

ARADEL's contraction season is here...

OANDO NOW IN EXPANSION SEASON, TARGETING ABOVE 98
The best time to key into a stock is during its contraction (dip) period. OANDO has had its fair share of long contractions but is now enjoying longer expansions than contractions. With the recent rise in the stock price, it is now targeting above 98.

I sold half of my holdings at N60 and above, which I used to buy fixed income investment. The information was shared here, even though it is not compulsory for me to do that.

When the merger talk was suspended I sold 75% of the remaining shares.

The remaining units will be sold this week
