I think I am beginning to understand @EmmanuelWumi Over the last few days, he has mentioned the sale of certain 'moribund' stocks. He just might be sharpening his cutlass for the kill... ![]() I do not agree with many theories and claims BUT I have learnt to read between the lines THE BULL IS COMING! mikeapollo: |

yMcy56:Such venture capitalists don't sell on the floor. How long will it take to sell 700m shares on the floor where the average daily volume is less than 5m shares? |
| Re: Nigerian Stock Exchange Market Pick Alerts by yMcy56: 12:10pm On Nov 05, 2024 |
Raider76:That was my opinion when he started selling as well. How can such volume, almost 1/6th of the whole OS be offloaded on the secondary floor! Institutional investors will be willing to pick such volume up at a good discounted rate.....instead of him selling down all the way from 850!! To even say he's portraying the stock in bad light in front of uninformed investors self.....they might think something is wrong with the company or it's fundamentals. This one na double chai o! Well, that's meat for those not yet in the bus anyway....😊 Meanwhile, OANDO volume don dey decrease small small..... May not take long before it bottomed....... Let's keep watching it. |

Raider76:They have been selling from NASD. A lot of new shareholders came on board at around N5000 and N9000 on NASD, meaning the post stock split price of new shareholders on NASD is between N250 and N450. |
| Re: Nigerian Stock Exchange Market Pick Alerts by mikeapollo: 12:26pm On Nov 05, 2024 |
emmanuelewumi:Okay, I understand better now. That means you are confident about the future of Oando, and Aradel? |
| Re: Nigerian Stock Exchange Market Pick Alerts by phadriz(m): 12:27pm On Nov 05, 2024 |
If your are in Oando put your vehicle to lower gear because there will be a slow down to 50KM or 45KM. |

| Re: Nigerian Stock Exchange Market Pick Alerts by Raider76: 12:33pm On Nov 05, 2024 |
yMcy56:People just don't want to accept the notion that something abnormal happened to the pricing of Aradel at the NASD, and that is now being corrected at the NGX. People have been convinced that Aradel will catch the price of Seplat overnight. They forgot how many years it took Seplat, plus their dual listing and low OS, to get where it is. |

| Re: Nigerian Stock Exchange Market Pick Alerts by emmanuelewumi(m): 12:42pm On Nov 05, 2024 |
phadriz:Aradel will come down to N250. The post stock split price for the guy selling is N25, has recoup his investment through dividends in less than 4 years. Became a shareholder in 2018. If he sells at N250 his compounded annualized return is over 60% from 2018 till date |

| Re: Nigerian Stock Exchange Market Pick Alerts by phadriz(m): 12:44pm On Nov 05, 2024 |
No, is the realty, similar situation happened around sept 2023 when Oando moved from N7 to N16, I want ted to sell my 5m units then but I couldn't because of full offer which made the stock back to N8 within few days. I had to hold on the share a bit longer. megawealth01: |
| Re: Nigerian Stock Exchange Market Pick Alerts by KarlTom: 12:45pm On Nov 05, 2024 |
The SP has to get to the price range of the institutional investors before they can open talks. ₦1bn will get a meagre 2.5m units @ ₦400 That's a whole lot of commitment for a yet-to-stabilize stock yMcy56: |

Are they still selling on the floor after the initial sales to "provide liquidity"? They would have reported directors dealings by now, or is there no deadline for reporting? emmanuelewumi: |
